Each session, lasting 20-30 minutes, targets areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, upper back, chest, neck/décolleté, or glutes.

During each session, a cold massage technique is utilized to smooth, shape, and firm the skin, reducing the appearance of imperfections and enhancing skin texture. The application of cold temperatures boosts microcirculation and stimulates collagen production, effectively toning, smoothing, and shaping areas that lack elasticity, leading to a visibly rejuvenated and sculpted appearance.
