AcuLymph: Radiant Heart & Integration is a full-day continuing education experience for massage therapists seeking a gentle, heart-centered approach to upper-body care. This course blends Manual Lymph Drainage–inspired techniques with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory and acupressure to support breath, circulation, immune health, and nervous system regulation. Students will explore thoracic and axillary lymphatic pathways, chest and shoulder work, and key acupoints through a slow, trauma-informed pace. Ample hands-on practice allows for deep integration and embodied learning. This class is ideal for therapists drawn to subtle techniques, emotional balance, and creating a sense of ease for both client and practitioner.

In Good Hands: About the Instructor

Emily is a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. She began her training at the Somatherapy Institute in Rancho Mirage, California (2000), later earning a B.A. in Philosophy with a Biology minor from York College of PA—all while practicing massage therapy.

Emily integrates holistic and technical skill in her sessions. She is certified in:

• Manual Lymph Drainage
• Colorpuncture – a gentle, needle-free modality using colored light to address energetic imbalances, emotions, and chronic conditions
• Reiki Master Teacher
• Health Coaching
• Meditation Facilitation
• She also completed Candy Nicolson’s Transformational Energy Healing Program, which incorporates shamanic practices, and currently co-facilitates the Mind Body Detox Program with Kara Lovehart.
