About Alanna

I thrive as the Virtual Assistant at Firefly Hollow, ensuring smooth operations across a variety of crucial areas. My responsibilities include the full lifecycle of event coordination for both in-person gatherings and online workshops as well as both in person and online continuing education classes tailored for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs). I also drive marketing efforts to promote Firefly Hollow and its events. Administratively, I manage the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, contribute to team operations as a leadership team member, and participate in collaborative meetings with community partners. Furthermore, I play a key role in the MindBodyDetox podcast by coordinating guest appearances and cultivate a thriving online community as the lead moderator, facilitator, and tech support of our Mighty Networks platform.

Joining the Firefly Family has been a wonderful step in my journey as it has afforded me not only the joy of getting to know my co-workers and the whole Firefly community, but also has opened up the world of holistic and metaphysical services to me. Additionally, the remote nature of my position has granted my partner and I the freedom to travel full-time around the U.S. in our RV. We are fortunate enough to even have traveled in our motorhome up to York to meet everyone in person!

Though my work often happens behind the scenes, I love being a part of the shining gem that is Firefly Hollow
