Our Spring Yin Yoga & Reiki (sign up here) workshop is designed to help you shed the lingering heaviness of winter and step into the new season feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished.
The Magic of the Practice
In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, Yin Yoga asks us to be still. By holding gentle, seated, or reclining poses for 3–5 minutes, we move past the muscles and into the connective tissues, allowing for an unparalleled softening of both body and mind.
To make the experience even more transformative, Kathy will offer Reiki—a gentle energy healing technique—throughout the practice. Whether you prefer hands-on touch or a “hands-off” energetic approach, this addition helps dissolve tension and supports your journey toward inner peace.
Meet Your Guide: Kathy Tooley
You are in incredibly capable hands. Kathy is a 500-hour Kripalu-trained instructor with over 30 years of personal practice and a staggering 6,000+ hours of teaching experience.
Kathy’s specialty is accessibility. She believes every body is unique and deserves a practice that feels safe and supportive. Her trauma-informed, mindful approach ensures that whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you will feel right at home.
