Join us for Self-Love Flow: A Yin Yoga Workshop for Heartfelt Healing, a special February event designed to nurture and honor your body, mind, and spirit.
In this workshop, we’ll guide you through a gentle Yin Yoga practice focused on deep relaxation, self-care, and cultivating loving-kindness for yourself.
This soothing experience will be complemented with affirmations, mantras, and mudras to ground the energy of self-love and healing.

About the Presenter
