All yoga is self-care; however, a Restorative Yoga practice takes self-care to another level. Reclining on the floor, resting in poses for several minutes, fully supported by blocks, blankets, bolsters & more, your body is given the opportunity to fully surrender and let go. You will also get to experience the healing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes as you release and restore.

About the Instructor:
Kathy is a 500-hour Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance trained in the Kripalu lineage. She has been a yoga student for more than 30 years and has over 6000 hours of yoga teaching experience. Her specialty is making yoga accessible to all the unique bodies that take her classes. She teaches Beginner’s yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, & Restorative Yoga all through a gentle, mindful, trauma-informed lens. When not practicing or teaching yoga, she enjoys exploring the walking and hiking trails of York, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your enrollment OR If a class is canceled by an instructor the cost will be credited to your account for future use or refunded by check, minus any credit card fees.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.
