What is Cupping & How Can It Support Your Body?
Cupping is an ancient healing practice that works by creating suction to gently lift the skin and fascia, promoting circulation, releasing tension, and supporting detoxification.

When combined with restorative yoga, it enhances fascia release, energy flow, and deep relaxation, making it an ideal practice for unlocking stuck tension in both body and mind.

What to Expect in Class:
This 90-minute experience is divided into three sections:

🔹 Activate – Begin with gentle movement and breathwork to prepare the body for cupping and stretching.
🔹 Release & Restore – Cups will be applied as you settle into deeply restorative yoga poses supported by bolsters and props. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes to encourage fascial release, improved circulation, and energy balancing.
🔹 Reintegrate – End with gentle movement and grounding techniques to help integrate the benefits of the session, leaving you feeling refreshed, open, and aligned.

What to Bring & Wear:
✅ Wear shorts and a tank top/sports bra to allow easy access for cupping.

✅Bring A Large Beach Towel

✅ Mats, bolsters, and cups will be provided.
Contraindications – Who Should Avoid Cupping?

⚠️ Please avoid this class if you have:
❌ New tattoos, sunburn, varicose veins, or open wounds
❌ Pacemakers or any electronic implants
❌ Blood disorders (e.g., hemophilia, anemia, clotting issues)
❌ Are on blood thinners (e.g., warfarin, aspirin)
❌ Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or history of blood clots
❌ Severe heart, liver, or kidney conditions
❌ Pregnancy (especially 1st trimester or over the abdomen)
❌ Recent surgeries (within the past 6 weeks)
❌ Active infections, fever, or immune deficiency

Human Design gives us a new way of looking at ourselves and could indeed finally answer questions you may have regarding your gifts and shadows. Human Design is based on a synthesis of a number of ancient wisdoms – including Eastern and Western astrologies, the Chinese I’Ching, the Judaic Kabbalah and the HIndu Chakra system. Human Design also incorporates concepts of energy medicine and quantum physics, as well as modern math and epigenetics. Basic underlying tenets will be explored during this talk as well as a beginning description of Human Design archetypes, strategy and authorities necessary to live in alignment with your Human Design.

In this class you will receive the initial Attunements to the energetic flow of Reiki. You will learn the basic hand positions to direct the flow Reiki and start spreading the healing energy of the Universe!

The techniques of Reiki are amazingly simple to learn. The ability to use Reiki is not only taught, it is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an “Attunement” given by a Reiki Master Teacher allowing the student to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy” to improve one’s health, enhance the quality of life, and to open one’s innate healing channels.

• what is reiki and how it can help improve ones health and quality of life
• the basic hand positions to direct the reiki flow
• about reiki attunements
