Mind-Body Reset: A Systems-Based Approach to Stress Management

    Self-Assessment

Many people experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or the feeling of “doing all the right things but still feeling stuck” are not lacking motivation, discipline, or intelligence.

They’re missing awareness of which internal systems are carrying the load.

This brief self-assessment is designed to help you identify patterns of stress, over-functioning, and shutdown across different areas of your mind-body system.

Rather than focusing on diagnoses or quick fixes, this assessment offers a systems-level snapshot of how stress, behavior, and the body interact over time.

    You may begin to notice:

    • Where stress tends to accumulate in your system
    • Patterns of overactivity or depletion
    • Blind spots that logic alone often can’t see
    • Why certain habits, symptoms, or struggles keep repeating

    Many people discover:

    • One or two key areas driving exhaustion or imbalance
    • Why willpower alone hasn’t worked
    • Where focused awareness could make the biggest difference

This assessment can be taken on its own, or used as a starting point for deeper learning.
It is designed to support burnout prevention, early intervention, or recovery—whether you are approaching overload, already in it, or working to prevent it long-term.
