She is also an ordained minister through the Sanctuary of the Beloved Church and is honored to perform weddings and funerals.
Her extensive training includes:

- A four-year apprenticeship in shamanic healing
- Several years at the Peacemakers School of Natural Healing with Jane Ely, Ph.D., integrating Native American, energy healing, shamanic, and Buddhist philosophies
- Studies with the late Rev. Randall Hastings and initiation into the Brotherhood of the Feathered Serpent
- Initiation into the Munay-Ki rites in 2007, which she continues to pass on
Candy has led workshops, women’s circles, meditation classes, and participated in a women’s drum group. Her integrative approach is personalized, drawing from her diverse training to help each individual move forward on their healing journey.
