About Kara Lovehart
Founder & CEO • Mind-Body Medium • NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider
Kara Lovehart is an integrative mind-body practitioner and educator with more than a decade of experience exploring the relationship between the body, nervous system, behavior, sensory awareness, intuition, and human connection.
Her work brings together extensive training in therapeutic bodywork, somatic and mind-body practices, energy medicine, intuitive perception, nervous-system awareness, and holistic wellness.
Rather than approaching the physical, emotional, relational, and intuitive aspects of a person as separate, Kara’s work explores how these systems interact—and how greater awareness of our patterns can support meaningful change.
Integrative Mind-Body Sessions
Kara’s private sessions are individually tailored rather than based on a single modality. Depending on your goals, a session may incorporate therapeutic massage and bodywork, reflexology, cupping, Esogetic Colorpuncture (needle-less acupuncture), somatic awareness, coaching, breathwork, energy-based practices, intuitive and sensory awareness, or practical mind-body education.
Her approach is particularly centered around helping clients develop a deeper awareness of how stress and learned patterns show up through the body, behavior, perception, and relationships.
- Greater connection to their bodies and internal signals stress regulation and restorative support
- Awareness of recurring patterns greater clarity and self-understanding
- Intuitive and sensory development
- Physical relaxation and body awareness reconnection with creativity, vitality and authentic expression
- Support during periods of transition and realignment
Intuitive Work
Kara also works with intuitive perception and what she describes as the human bio-field. Depending upon the session and client’s interests, this may include aura and energy-field awareness, intuitive guidance, or mediumship.
These practices can be incorporated into a broader mind-body session or explored independently and are offered as reflective and spiritual practices rather than medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment.
Education & Facilitation
Beyond private practice, Kara teaches continuing education, public workshops, retreats, organizational programs, and facilitated group experiences focused on nervous-system literacy, stress-response patterns, mind-body awareness, conscious communication, sensory and intuitive awareness, embodiment, connection, and sustainable leadership.
Her current educational work includes Mind-Body Reset, professional continuing-education programs, Kundalini and restorative practices, cupping yoga, and facilitated connection experiences.
