About Tanya

Tanya Jarrett, MPH, NBC-HWC is a Certified Nutritional Therapist and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

Tanya’s passion is to reconnect people with vibrant health from a 360-degree individualized approach. Well-being and health look different for every person and Tanya strives to identify any barriers that may be standing in the way – physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and environmentally.

Tanya’s flagship nutrition program is Metabolic Balance®, which is designed to rebalance, reset, and restore your body by looking at your personal health history plus blood chemistry to analyze any gaps and deficiencies.  With this knowledge, she is then able to create a whole-food-based nutrition plan that is designed to bridge any nutritional gaps to optimally support balanced hormones and metabolism.

As a board-certified health coach, Tanya understands the power of building relationships with her clients so that together they can explore what an individualized and sustainable wellness journey looks like.  Tanya then empowers her clients with tailored solutions, lifestyle education, and continued accountability and motivation so that they can feel empowered to take the steps towards optimal health.

Tanya is the owner of Live Fresh LLC and has contracted and individually worked with clients around the globe.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University, a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, Health Coach Certification through AWellness Revolution, and is Board Certified in Health and Wellness Coaching.  She also holds a group fitness instructor certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and enjoys teaching classes at various facilities all over the world.
