Forget challenging poses and intense movement. Restorative Yoga is practiced entirely while lying comfortably on your mat. Imagine this: you are surrounded by peaceful music, fully supported by cozy bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
This practice is all about letting go. The goal is to surrender tension and allow your body to naturally unwind.
To deepen your experience, Kathy will offer Reiki—a gentle energy healing technique. You can choose to receive hands-on or hands-off Reiki. This addition enhances your ability to “let go” and embrace a state of profound stillness.

This special event is guided by Kathy Tooley, a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher with extensive training in Ayurveda. Kathy brings a deep understanding of self-care practices rooted in Ayurvedic philosophy, incorporating food, breathwork, and yoga for balance.
