Advanced Stone Massage

Students will learn how best to combine hot and cold stones, as needed, for clients while working with select stones in their hands the entire session. Course will include review of industry standards on how to clean, prep and store stones. Students will also have the opportunity to exchange with each other to practice using the stones and ask instructor questions.
No prerequisite classes are needed, though an existing knowledge base of hot/cold stone massage is essential, even if you’re only instruction has been through videos. In addition, participants are encouraged to bring their own massage oils and portable sets (hot or cold). Water bath stones will be provided by the instructor.
Please dress in layers as room/body temp can increase as the day progresses.

About the Instructor
Cleo Royal holds a Bachelor degree in Journalism with a minor in business administration, both of which she utilizes often for creating marketing materials and/or running maintaining her massage therapy business. In addition, she has 16 years of teaching experience in assorted massage topics at four different institutions within Southcentral PA. Cleo, who enjoys sharing her skills and knowledge from the last 20+ years in the profession, has been happily married (the second time) for over a decade with two stepchildren and two kitties.

Registration for classes must be completed 1 week in advance. Spots may be available with less than a week, but sign up early to ensure your spot!
Continuing Education Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your enrollment OR If a class is canceled by an instructor the cost will be credited to your account for future use or refunded by check, minus any credit card fees.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.
