Kara’s work comes from years of hands-on experience observing how people hold stress in the body, how emotional and belief patterns repeat through behavior, and how those same patterns often show up in health challenges, relationship dynamics, burnout, procrastination, overgiving, and chronic internal conflict.

She doesn’t approach people as broken.
