Meet Abbe
Abbe graduated from the Harrisburg Area Community College massage therapy program in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, she gained valuable hands-on experience working as a chiropractic assistant for Sigafoose & Jackson. This role, where she prepared clients for their adjustments, ignited her passion for helping individuals find relief from pain and muscular discomfort.

Abbe enjoys the detailed work involved in addressing common problem areas like the neck, shoulders and lower back during her integrative massage sessions. She firmly believes that massage is not only relaxing, but also plays a crucial role in holistic healing and pain reduction. She specializes in deep tissue and prenatal massage, with a primary goal of creating a relaxing and safe environment for her clients while alleviating pain or stiffness.
