As the demand for massage therapy and holistic wellness continues to grow, Firefly Hollow Holistic Wellness is expanding — and we’re looking to welcome aligned, growth-minded practitioners to our team.
Firefly Hollow was created as a response to what so many massage therapists, estheticians, and wellness providers experience in high-volume or corporate environments: burnout, low support, stagnant pay, and unnecessary team drama. We believe there is a better way — and we’ve been intentionally building it since 2013.
A Different Model of Wellness Care
Firefly Hollow is an intentional collective wellness center located in York, PA. We currently support a team of 20+ practitioners, including both employees and independent contractors, across multiple holistic disciplines.
Our leadership team are also the directors and long-time sponsors of the New Visions Holistic Expo, supporting the wellness community for over 24 years. Education, ethics, and professional sustainability are core to everything we do.
We are committed to a professional, no-drama team culture rooted in collaboration, integrity, clear communication, and shared values. Many practitioners tell us they’re surprised — and even skeptical at first — that a workplace like this exists. But the culture here is intentional, supported, and actively maintained.
